Go to the Register page on salot.bet. Enter your Pakistani mobile number (including +92), choose a username, create a password, enter your date of birth, tick the required boxes, and click "Create My Free Account." You'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS — enter it to verify your number. The whole process takes under two minutes. Your account is immediately active and you can make your first deposit right away.
The minimum age to register and play at salot is 18 years. This is a firm requirement. We verify age at registration and conduct additional checks on all accounts. If an account is found to belong to someone under 18, it is closed immediately and all activity is reversed. Please see our Responsible Gaming page for more information about age protection.
No. Each person is allowed exactly one account at salot. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — violates our Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are closed and any bonus funds forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support@salot.bet rather than creating a new one — we'll restore your access after verifying your identity.
Go to the Login page, enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and your password, then click "Login." If you've enabled "Remember me," your credentials are saved on your device for future sessions. If you're logging in from a new device, salot may send an OTP to your registered number as a security check.
On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" You'll be asked to enter your registered mobile number. An OTP is sent via SMS — enter it to verify your identity, then set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@salot.bet with your username and CNIC details so we can verify your identity manually and help you regain access.
CNIC verification is required for withdrawals above Rs 20,000. For smaller amounts, your mobile number verification at registration is sufficient. Verification is a one-time process — once completed, it applies permanently to your account. To verify, go to Account Settings, select "Identity Verification," and follow the steps. It typically takes less than 24 hours for our team to approve a submitted CNIC.
Yes, but only through the support team. Email support@salot.bet with "Mobile Number Update" in the subject line. You'll need to verify your identity (CNIC) before we can update the number. For security reasons, this cannot be done self-service — it must be processed by our team. Changes are normally applied within one business day.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Salot accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in PKR only. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
The minimum deposit at salot is Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. For bank transfers (IBFT) and card payments, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet may have its own daily transaction caps. There are no deposit fees charged by salot.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your salot account within seconds of being confirmed by the wallet provider. Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) typically take 1–3 minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit hasn't reflected within 30 minutes, contact support@salot.bet with your transaction reference.
Log in to your salot account, go to the Cashier, and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account etc.), enter the amount you wish to withdraw in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals for amounts under Rs 20,000 are processed without CNIC verification. For amounts Rs 20,000 and above, identity verification must be completed first. Salot targets processing all withdrawal requests within 10 minutes.
The minimum withdrawal at salot is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no withdrawal fee charged by salot. Your bank or wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees on the receiving end — check with your provider if unsure. Bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.
Most salot withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes. Delays can occur for a few reasons: (1) Your account has pending identity verification for amounts over Rs 20,000. (2) There is an active wagering requirement on bonus funds in your balance. (3) Your withdrawal is being processed during a peak period. (4) A routine security review has been triggered. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours without explanation, contact support@salot.bet immediately with your withdrawal reference number.
Salot does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your wallet or bank. Some banks and mobile wallet providers may charge their own transaction fees — this is outside salot's control. Check your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank app for their current fee schedule if you're unsure.
Bonuses & Promotions
New salot players receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 10,000. Deposit Rs 5,000 and you play with Rs 10,000. The bonus is applied automatically — no promo code needed. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 200. The bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement and must be used within 30 days of being credited. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
A 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you need to place bets totalling Rs 30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. Your deposit amount itself is always withdrawable at any time — only the bonus funds are subject to wagering. Progress is tracked in your account dashboard.
Yes. Salot runs a range of regular promotions for existing players, including: daily reload bonuses (20% extra on top-up), weekly crash game cashback (up to 10% on net losses), slot free spin bundles on newly launched games, and the Refer a Friend programme where you earn Rs 500 for every friend who registers and deposits. The welcome bonus at salot is applied automatically, but there are a few reasons it might not have appeared: (1) The deposit was below Rs 200 (the minimum qualifying amount). (2) This was not your first deposit — the welcome bonus applies once only. (3) You opted out of promotions during registration. (4) There was a system delay — check again in a few minutes. If none of these apply, email support@salot.bet with your transaction reference and we'll investigate immediately.

Crash games at salot work like this: you place a bet in PKR before the round starts, then a multiplier begins climbing from 1x upwards. You must click "Cash Out" before the multiplier crashes (drops back to zero). If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by whatever value you cashed out at. If the multiplier crashes before you cash out, your bet is lost. Each round is fast — usually 10–30 seconds — and provably fair.
Account Security
Salot uses 256-bit SSL encryption on every page and transaction. Account logins are protected by OTP verification for new devices. Sessions time out automatically after inactivity. Any suspicious login activity triggers a security flag and additional verification. You can view your complete login history in Account Settings — if you see anything unfamiliar, change your password immediately and contact support.
If you believe your salot account has been accessed without your permission, act immediately: (1) Change your password from Account Settings. (2) Email support@salot.bet with the subject "Security Alert — Unauthorised Access." (3) Check your login history in account settings and note any unfamiliar times or locations. Our security team will investigate and, if necessary, temporarily freeze the account while the situation is resolved. Do not delay — contact us as soon as you notice anything wrong.
Never. Salot will never ask for your account password via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. The only communications salot sends with codes are one-time PINs (OTPs) for login and account actions — these are single-use and only valid for a few minutes. If you receive a message asking for your password and claiming to be from salot, do not respond and report it to support@salot.bet immediately.
Salot locks accounts temporarily after multiple failed login attempts — this is a security measure to protect you. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If the account remains locked, email support@salot.bet with "Account Locked" in the subject line. We'll verify your identity and restore access promptly. Locks are not punitive — they're automatic and are resolved quickly once identity is confirmed.
Responsible Gaming
Salot provides five built-in responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings: Deposit Limits (daily/weekly/monthly cap on deposits), Loss Limits (cap on total losses per period), Session Timers (automatic notification and pause after a chosen time), Cooling-Off Periods (temporary account pause from 24 hours to 30 days), and Self-Exclusion (account closure for 6 months or longer). To self-exclude from salot, email support@salot.bet with "Self-Exclusion Request" in the subject line. State the duration you want (minimum 6 months, or permanent). Any real-money balance at the time of exclusion is processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. There is no delay, no questioning, and no attempt to change your mind.
