1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

2Account Registration

To access the full range of services on salot.bet, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registrations.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If salot identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close them and confiscate any associated balances.

2.2 Accurate Information Required

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

2.3 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Salot will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat — do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Salot support immediately at support@salot.bet.
• All transactions made while your account credentials are active are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised them personally.

2.4 Account Verification

Salot may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe given may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

3Age Verification — 18+ Only

By registering on salot, you confirm and declare that you are at least 18 years old and of legal age to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. If you are found to be under 18 at any point, your account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made may be returned to the source payment method at Salot's sole discretion.

If you become aware that a minor has accessed Salot using your account or payment details, you must notify us immediately. Salot cannot be held liable for minor access that results from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Salot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods in PKR only: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your payment provider may have its own limits.
• All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your Salot account balance instantly in most cases. Any delay caused by your payment provider is outside our control.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Salot targets processing all withdrawals within 10 minutes of request.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name matching your Salot account.
• Your account must be verified before any withdrawal above Rs 20,000 is processed.
• Salot reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending verification for accounts showing unusual activity patterns.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

4.4 Unclaimed Balances

If your account is inactive (no login or transaction) for more than 12 consecutive months, a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from your remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance after inactivity will be archived. Contact Salot support to reactivate your account at any time.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Salot runs various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and the refer-a-friend programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, plus any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.1 Bonus Abuse

Salot monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage wagering, and coordinated account activity. Any account found to be exploiting promotional offers in bad faith will have its bonus balance removed and may be restricted or closed. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.

5.2 Refer a Friend Programme

When you refer a friend to salot and they register using your referral link and make a qualifying first deposit, both you and your friend receive a bonus as detailed on the Refer a Friend page. Referral bonuses are not paid for self-referrals, referring existing players, or accounts associated with the same device or payment method.

6Sports Betting Rules

These rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the salot sportsbook, including pre-match, in-play, and accumulator bets.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on salot are subject to acceptance by Salot's sportsbook systems. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification and the stake is deducted from your balance. Salot reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error.

6.2 Void Bets and Refunds

• Bets are voided and stakes refunded if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not meet the minimum qualifying criteria for settlement.
• In accumulator bets, a voided selection reduces the accumulator rather than voiding the whole bet — the remaining selections settle normally.
• If incorrect odds are offered due to a manifest error (e.g. a technical glitch displaying 100x on a 1.10 market), Salot reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

6.3 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regulation time or the relevant period, as determined by the sport's governing body. Salot uses official data feeds for settlement. In the event of a data discrepancy, settlement may be delayed until the official result is confirmed. Salot's settlement decision is final in all cases.

6.4 Cash Out

Where the Cash Out feature is available, the offered cash out value reflects the current market at the time of request. Cash Out availability is not guaranteed and may be suspended at any time during a live event. Salot is not liable if the Cash Out feature is unavailable due to technical issues or market suspension.

7Casino Games and Crash Games

All casino games on salot — including slots, live table games, roulette, crash games, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that is independently audited for fairness. Crash game outcomes are provably fair, and verification data is available to all players.

• Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are set by the game provider and published in-game. Salot does not alter these values.
• Disconnection during an active game round does not void the bet — the round completes and settles automatically according to its outcome.
• In crash games, if no auto cashout is set and a player disconnects, the bet is subject to platform disconnection protection rules described in the game's individual help section.
• Salot accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's reliance on strategy guides, third-party systems, or claimed "guaranteed" betting methods.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on salot. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

1. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, access games, or interact with any part of the Salot platform.
2. Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
3. Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of errors are void.
4. Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to misrepresent your location or bypass geographic restrictions.
5. Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Salot for any unlawful financial activity.
6. Registering multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
7. Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits — any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing Salot staff or other players through any communication channel.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Salot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• Verification requirements have not been met within the timeframe given.
• A responsible gaming concern has been identified, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus balances are not returned in closure situations.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting Salot support. Before closure is processed, any active bets will settle normally and your remaining real balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method. Responsible gaming-related closures or self-exclusions are processed immediately — see Section 11.
